Background

While looking through a calendar of national holidays for a project we were working on, we came across International HR Day. A day marked in the calendar celebrating all those in the profession; to say thank you. 

While not relevant to the project we were working on, we had a Eureka! moment. We had a client, The WLA, who might find this of interest. 

The client, based in the female leadership coaching space with several HR connections, was perfectly placed to utilise this national holiday. 

We suggested a mini-campaign that would culminate in a webinar / Q&A with two of the client’s HR connections, each holding senior leadership positions.

How we did it
Through a mix of social media and email marketing; an integrated strategy that was a resounding success.
The Result

We exceeded our expectations. The brand’s social media following and email marketing contact list increased significantly (by the hundreds).

We were also picked up by International HR Day’s founder, the European Association for People Management (EAPM), which featured a live social media feed of posts relating to the day. Our month-long campaign featured prominently.
