Brand Strategy and Marketing

Background

When we started working with market leader PatronBase UK & Ireland, an SaaS company working across the arts, events and attractions, they were looking for a partner to increase their online presence, build their brand and support their existing client relationships through a long-term communications strategy.

Objective
Competitor analysis, analysis of the brand's existing strategy, and refinement of the company's core vales and objectives were first carried out to gain a sense of where the brand was vs. where it wanted to be. They were keen to shape and develop their marketing strategy, campaigns and operations to stay competitive in a saturated market. We developed an omnichannel strategy with social media, email marketing, think pieces, sponsorship, affiliate marketing, and events, at its core reinvigorating what they had in place. We then developed a series of campaigns and refreshed their creative content to reflect the brand’s new marketing era. Finally, we got to work designing collateral including presentations, banners, content and templates to ensure PatronBase UK & Ireland's communications were consistent across the board.
